Coating Thickness Gauge

Zinc, Al, tin, nickel, allumen, etc. These measurements are provided at high speed and are connected with the Mill AGC for on-line control of the product thickness.

>Operator interface software provides the operator with easy understanding and operation of the system. The measurement data are displayed on-line giving the operator on-line knowledge of the behavior of the production process. Displays are presented in numerical, bar graph and trend formats.
>MIS software provides detailed coil reports, shift reports and day reports.
>Three scanning programs are operator selectable ie., single point mode, triple mode and continuous scanning mode. The system also has diagnostic features for easy maintenance.
